Be careful buying dodge 3500s from here and or big trucks in general. Service dept seem to not care if your $80,000 truck is down for the second time in a week due to transmission issues, they had truck 3 weeks it had 25,000 miles on it and valve body went out in it (knowing it likely just needed a new unit). In fact service dept rep said it would likely need a new transmission, but gave me the truck back to me anyways hoping the valve body would hold. 2 days later thanksgiving eve driving up Pleasantville rd at 10 o’clock at night lost all forward gears except 2nd pouring rain dark and my 7 year old son with me. Knowing this truck needed a new transmission, why risk sending it back out for these results?.Asked for a rental car or loaner as the first time I did not. And was told “ we don’t have any maybe a week or two”. Well good thing I didn’t have to trade my old truck in for a new one and have a back up to drive, this is on them at this point as the truck should of been fixed the first time correctly. Point being what if you didn’t have that option and had to walk to work?. Avoid this place , will report back if problem is fixed correctly and timely, good thing I didn’t have to travel out of town for the holidays……. Think on that….

Your web site says service opens at 8am on Saturday. Your voice message says service opens at 8am on Saturday. The hours listed on the door of the Service garage say 8am on Saturday. 815am. Not open, and no indication there is anyone in the building. I won't be back.
